Notice of Annual General Meeting
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF EASTERN LIONS SOCCER CLUB
Notice is given to all members of Eastern Lions Soccer Club, that the Annual General Meeting will be held at 6:30pm on Tuesday 5th December 2023 at Eastern Lions Soccer Club, (Gardiners Creek Reserve – Sixth Ave, Burwood) in the Main Club rooms.
As members, we encourage you to join us.
Nominations are called for the following positions:
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Committee Member
- Committee Member
If you are interested in any of these positions, please contact our club secretary Amanda O’Donohue at secretary@easternlions.com.au . Any nomination must be in writing 24 hours prior to AGM. If you are unable to attend the AGM in person, we encourage you to submit a Proxy.
The general business of the AGM will be as follows:
- Welcome – President
- Report from the President (Ange Stamatelos)
- Report from the Treasurer (Trieu Hoang)
- Election of Committee Members.
