Notice of Annual General Meeting
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of
EASTERN LIONS SOCCER CLUB INC
Notice is given to all members of Eastern Lions Soccer Club, that the Annual General Meeting will be held at 6:30pm on Monday 16th December 2024 at Eastern Lions Soccer Club, (Gardiners Creek Reserve – Sixth Ave, Burwood) in the Main Club rooms.
As members, we encourage you to join us.
Nominations are called for the following positions:
- President
- Treasurer
- Committee Member
- Committee Member
If you are interested in any of these positions, please contact our club secretary Amanda O’Donohue at secretary@easternlions.com.au . Any nomination must be in writing 24 hours prior to AGM.
For those unable to attend in person you are welcome to complete a Proxy form that is attached to this email. All Nomination and/or Proxy forms must be completed and received by the Club (return to secretary@easternlions.com.au) by 6:30pm Sunday 15th December 2024 – 24 hours in advance of the AGM
The general business of the AGM will be as follows:
- Welcome – President
- Report from the President (Ange Stamatelos)
- Report from the Treasurer (Trieu Hoang)
- Election of Committee Members.
The AGM is an opportunity for our community to hear of the Club’s activities throughout 2024, meet with members and learn more about our future for the Club. All members are encouraged to attend.
