10 minutes a day
If you really want to be a better player, then you should practice your soccer skills at home. Training once or twice a week at the club with a coach will help you a lot and if you could spend just 10 to 15 minutes a day you will improve your soccer even more. It is far better to do a little bit every day, even 10 minutes of the right kind of drills will help you.
Many touches needed
For younger soccer players, up to 14 years of age, it is vital to get as skillful as possible, and this can only be done by repetition of specific soccer drills. The more touches that you can get on the ball, the better your dribbling and ball control will be.
